Team Falcons Announce Shaiiko Will No Longer Be Part Of Their R6 Esports Roster

Date Posted: 2026-03-10

On March 10th 2026, Team Falcons announced that Shaiiko will no longer be part of their Rainbow Six Siege roster.

Shaiiko is widely considered as one of if not the best player to ever play Rainbow Six Siege. He is 4th all-time in career Kills, 1st all-time in career earnings, a 1 time Major Champion, 3 time EWC/Gamers8 Champion and has won 6 European League MVP awards. Shaiiko has been with his IGL teammate LikEfac since Stage 3 of 2022 and his Hard Support teammate BriD since Stage 1 2020 and has had tremendous success with these two players. So why would Falcons make this roster change?

Well in the past 2 years, this Falcons/former BDS roster has made it to 4 Major/SI Grand Finals and has finished 2nd place in all 4. They also finished 3rd at Six Invitational 2026 in a bracket where they were favoured to win. While this may seem like a great past few years for this team on paper based on earnings, Team Falcons is one of the largest esports organizations in the world and does not settle for anything less than 1st. With the large amount of funds and backing that Falcons have, we can expect whoever they pickup to make a massive splash in the R6 Esports free agent pool.

Rumours are circulating around where Shaiiko may end up but he has stated "I'm not done yet". Wherever Shaiiko ends up, he will be looking to reach his final accomplishment, a Six Invitational Championship.
