On March 21st 2026, G2 announced the signing of Shaiiko to their Rainbow Six Siege roster.

G2 are one of if not the most successful and historic organizations in R6 Esports and with this signing they add one of the statistically best players of all-time. Shaiiko is currently 4th all-time in career kills and carries a packed trophy case along with him. Shaiiko has one 1 Major, 3 Esports World Cups/Gamers8 tournaments and 8 individual Most Valuable Player awards.

While last year for G2 was an improvement on 2024, it still wasn't quite what they strive for as a team. They finished 2nd at Esports World Cup 2025, 1st in EML Stage 1 and 2nd at EML Finals. Picking up Shaiiko along with Benjamaster shows that while for many teams this would have been a successful year, G2 are not content with these results. With a roster of Alem4o, Doki, Stompn, Shaiiko and Benjamster, G2 head into the 2026 season with one of the most star studded rosters who will be striving for greatness.
